Shoes will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day upon receipt of your order. All stock is subject to availability.
Returns: For Online Customers Only
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, is free from marks, has not been worn, or if the product is deemed to be faulty. Normal guidelines for Refunds apply. All unworn footwear must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase,with a copy of the receipt and a brief description outlining the reason for return. The return cost of postage will not be refunded. 4/. What Happens If The Size Is Incorrect?
We will gladly exchange your pair for the next size most suitable, or alternatively a different style if required. Return postage is at the expense of the customer
5. What is Afterpay?
After pay is a separate entity from Sole Sister Shoes. Sign up with Afterpay and pay by 4 equal instalments. Payments are organised by Afterpay. We send your purchase right away. If you wish to return your shoes for a refund, the after pay fee will be deducted from original sale amount.
Sometimes due to manufacturing or exceptional demands, we may not have your first choice. However some styles may be put on special order and delays could be expected.
